SMEC NS 2000 Series
The SMEC NS 2000 Series CNC Turning Centers are designed to deliver outstanding precision, reliability, and productivity for small- to medium-sized machining applications. Available in NS 2000, NS 2000M, NS 2000L, and NS 2000LM configurations, the series provides flexible solutions for manufacturers producing high-precision components in industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and general manufacturing. Built with a rigid cast iron base, high-speed spindle, and advanced CNC control, the NS 2000 Series offers excellent surface finishes, fast cycle times, and consistent accuracy in demanding production environments.
The NS 2000 Series is available in multiple configurations to meet a wide variety of machining requirements. Standard models are ideal for efficient two-axis turning operations, while M models feature live tooling for milling, drilling, and tapping in a single setup. L models provide an extended turning length for longer workpieces without sacrificing rigidity or accuracy. LM models combine live tooling with extended bed capacity, allowing manufacturers to machine longer, more complex parts while reducing setup time and improving overall productivity.
